Replace doors, replace windows, deck repairs, install trim, install/replace kitchen cabinets, replace kitchen cabinet doors/hardware, wood repair, shelving, and more.
ROOFING/SIDING
Find leaks, patch leaks, replace pipe boots, clean and coat metal/rolled asphalt, repair small damages, install exhaust for roof or siding, and more.
DRYWALL/PAINT/STAIN
Repair drywall cracks, repair seam tape, patch small drywall area, paint walls/trim/ceiling, paint exterior, resurface kitchen cabinets, stain/paint deck, stain/paint fence, stain/paint doors/windows, and more.
PLUMBING
Install/replace water heater, bath sink, vanity, faucets, garbage disposal, dishwasher, kitchen sink, sink drain, toilet, repair known leaks, find unknown leaks, snake clog, and more.
HOME MAINTENANCE/WINTERIZATION

All Handyman services are fully insured and performed by experienced technicians. We value training, therefore you may have one experienced technician and one technician in training at your home.
Service Proposal
A Service Proposal is a written estimate provided after gathering information about the requested service or repair. In most cases, we can collect the necessary details through a phone call and photos. However, for certain jobs, an on-site visit may be required.
Once we’ve gathered the information, we’ll deliver a written proposal outlining:

An estimated cost for labor, materials, and any other relevant items
This is a complimentary service designed to give you a clear understanding of the expected cost based on the initial information provided.
Please note: Diagnosing problems or identifying the root cause of an issue is not included in this free estimate. In cases where troubleshooting is needed to determine the correct solution, a separate diagnostic visit may be required and billed accordingly. Once the issue is identified, we can then provide an estimate for the recommended repair.
Understanding Estimates
The word estimate is important—because unexpected issues can arise during the course of a job. If anything is discovered that may affect the scope or cost, we’ll pause and communicate with you right away before proceeding.
An estimate is not a guaranteed final price but a best-effort projection based on the information available at the time. The final invoice may differ if additional work, time, or materials become necessary.
