Replace doors, replace windows, deck repairs, install trim, install/replace kitchen cabinets, replace kitchen cabinet doors/hardware, wood repair, shelving, and more.
ROOFING/SIDING
Find leaks, patch leaks, replace pipe boots, clean and coat metal/rolled asphalt, repair small damages, install exhaust for roof or siding, and more.
DRYWALL/PAINT/STAIN
Repair drywall cracks, repair seam tape, patch small drywall area, paint walls/trim/ceiling, paint exterior, resurface kitchen cabinets, stain/paint deck, stain/paint fence, stain/paint doors/windows, and more.
PLUMBING
Install/replace water heater, bath sink, vanity, faucets, garbage disposal, dishwasher, kitchen sink, sink drain, toilet, repair known leaks, find unknown leaks, snake clog, and more.
CLEANING/MAINTENANCE/WINTERIZATION
Soft wash or pressure wash whole home, deck, fence, roof, gutters. Caulking baths, kitchens, windows, trim, etc. Clean gutters and spouts. Properly winterize home. And more.

All Handyman services are fully insured and performed by experienced technicians. We value training, therefore you may have one experienced technician and one technician in training at your home.

CLEANING SERVICES
TIME AND MATERIALS
$110/man hour Plus Materials
This pricing is based on Time spent and Materials bought/used. The time charged is for time we spent on your project. Materials acquisition, commuting, and labor on site are all included in time. Materials bought for your project will be invoiced at the price we paid. Materials that we already have and use will be invoiced at current market value during the time of your project. If there are more than one technicians working, the price per hour is multiplied by the number of technicians working on your project. An estimate*** will be communicated in the beginning to set an expectation for how long the project will take and how much it will cost.
SERVICE CALL
$200 Show Fee
$110/man hour labor Plus Materials
We consider diagnosing problems, troubleshooting solutions, and fixing known problems and emergencies as all Service Calls. You can expect a "Show fee" also known as "Truck fee", for us to come. This includes anything done within first hour. Then you will be charged at a Time and Materials rate, until otherwise stated. If there is an emergency, and you need something serviced ASAP, the labor cost is doubled for after normal business hours. Only true emergencies will be considered for after hours service.
PROJECT ESTIMATE
A project estimate*** is achieved by gathering information about a project or service that is requested. Sometimes this can be done through a phone call and pictures sent, or in some cases it is necessary to come and visit the project location. After information is collected, we will communicate a written proposal that would include a scope of work, and estimated* costs for labor, materials, inspections, permits, or anything necessary to accomplish the job. This is a free service we give to communicate an estimated* cost amount for the project requested. Diagnosing problems or troubleshooting solutions is not included in this free service. Sometimes it may be necessary to pay for a diagnosis and then have an estimate put together once the problem is pinpointed.
***The key word used is estimate, because there is always a potential for unforeseen discoveries that could change the scope of work. When this happens, we do our best to stop and communicate immediately anything we discover that will have a potential impact on the original estimate. This number doesn't always equal the final invoice. It is our approximate estimation of the costs you will expect to incur based on the original information obtained and requests given.
